1. Our services
SecureLoop.io provides cloud security consulting, AI automation, fraud detection, and related technology advisory services to Australian businesses. The specific services for each engagement are documented in a Service Schedule or Statement of Work, which forms part of a signed Master Service Agreement.
2. Engaging our services
Services commence when you complete our client intake form and we confirm acceptance in writing.
A Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Service Schedule are provided for all engagements. Work does not commence until these are signed by both parties.
By submitting our intake form or signing a Service Agreement, you warrant that you are authorised to enter into a legally binding agreement on behalf of your organisation.
3. Pricing and payment
All SecureLoop.io engagements are fixed price. The price is agreed upfront before any work begins. You will never receive a surprise invoice or be billed for additional hours.
Invoices are issued via Xero. Payment is due within 14 calendar days of the invoice date.
For projects exceeding $1,500 AUD, a 50/50 payment structure applies: 50% at project commencement, 50% on delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclusive of GST. GST will be added at the applicable rate.
Accounts overdue by more than 30 days may result in suspension of active services. Accounts overdue by more than 60 days may result in termination of your Service Agreement.
4. What’s included in the fixed price
Each engagement includes all work, documentation, and a debrief call or handover. Specifically:
Security audits: assessment, risk report, remediation roadmap, and a 30-minute debrief call
Cloud security consulting: audit, hardening, documentation, and implementation or handoff plan
AI automation projects: build, testing, documentation, and 30 calendar days of post-launch support
Fraud detection: configuration, baseline analysis, false-positive tuning, and 30 days of monitoring support
Cloud backup: tenant connection, policy configuration, baseline restore test, and documented handover (managed setup)
5. Post-delivery support
All automation and fraud detection projects include 30 calendar days of post-launch support commencing from the go-live date.
Post-launch support covers: bug fixes for issues in the delivered work, configuration adjustments, and clarification on how to use the system.
Post-launch support does not cover: new features, scope changes, additional integrations, or issues caused by changes to your environment that were not communicated to SecureLoop.
6. Your client portal
Each client receives a secure SharePoint Online portal accessible via a unique URL. All contracts, deliverables, and project communications are stored here.
Portal access is provided via Microsoft Entra ID guest accounts with multi-factor authentication required.
Portal access is granted to the contacts you nominate and is revoked upon termination of the engagement.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Ongoing services (such as cloud backup) may be cancelled with 30 days written notice to hello@secureloop.io.
Project work may only be cancelled as specified in the relevant Service Schedule. If you cancel after work has commenced, fees for work already completed are non-refundable.
If SecureLoop fails to deliver the agreed scope, you are entitled to a proportional refund for undelivered work.
8. Your obligations
Provide timely access to systems, personnel, and information required for service delivery.
Complete discovery forms, questionnaires, and user acceptance testing within agreed timeframes.
Notify SecureLoop promptly of any changes to your environment that may affect delivery.
Ensure that any person providing system credentials or granting access is duly authorised to do so.
9. Intellectual property
All deliverables produced specifically for you are owned by you upon full payment.
SecureLoop retains ownership of pre-existing tools, methodologies, templates, and background intellectual property.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat as confidential all non-public information received from the other party. Confidential information may only be used for the purpose of fulfilling obligations under the Service Agreement. These obligations survive termination for 3 years.

Neither party is liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence.
