Are SecureLoop prices fixed or hourly?
Every engagement is priced upfront and agreed before any work begins. No hourly rates, and you will never receive a surprise invoice or be billed for extra hours if a project takes longer than expected.
What is included in the price?
Each engagement includes all work, documentation, and a debrief or handover. For security work, this means the assessment, report, and agreed fixes or roadmap. For automation projects, this means build, testing, documentation, and 30 days of post-launch support.
Are there ongoing fees after the project is complete?
Project fees are one-off. Some services have small third-party running costs paid directly to the provider: automation platforms typically cost $15–80/month, and Microsoft 365 eSignature is billed by Microsoft at about US$2 per request. Cloud Backup and the managed services are monthly by design.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. For projects over $1,500, we offer a 50/50 payment structure — 50% at project start, 50% on delivery. Contact us to discuss options for your specific project.
What if my project is more complex than the listed price?
We scope every project before quoting. If your requirements are more complex than the base price covers, we'll tell you upfront with a revised quote. No surprises.
