Are prices fixed or hourly?
All SecureLoop engagements are fixed price. The price is agreed upfront before any work begins. You will never receive a surprise invoice or be billed for additional hours.
What's included in the fixed price?
Each engagement includes all work, documentation, and a debrief call. For security audits: assessment, risk report, and remediation roadmap. For automation projects: build, testing, documentation, and 30 days post-launch support.
Are there ongoing fees after delivery?
The setup cost is a one-time fee. After delivery, you may have small ongoing platform costs for the tools the automation uses (typically $15–80/month depending on volume). These are third-party platform costs, not SecureLoop fees.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. For projects over $1,500, we offer a 50/50 payment structure — 50% at project start, 50% on delivery. Contact us to discuss options.
What if my project is more complex than the listed price?
We scope every project before quoting. If your requirements are more complex than the base price covers, we'll tell you upfront with a revised fixed quote. No surprises.
