Where is my data stored?
In an Australian data region (Sydney) by default. This is data residency, not a sovereign cloud: the storage runs on a US-headquartered cloud provider.
How is Salesforce and infrastructure backup priced?
Salesforce is quoted per org, and Azure, AWS, Google Cloud and Kubernetes backup is quoted per workload. Tell us what you run and we will give you a fixed quote.
Is there a minimum or a contract?
The minimum for Google Workspace is 5 users. Billing is monthly with no lock-in, and your data can be exported in standard formats if you leave.
